Green Goddess Smoothie

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Carrot Dream Smoothie

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water or orange juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more liquid if needed. Enjoy!

Beet Bliss Smoothie

  • 1 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste. Serve chilled.
